How You'll Make an Impact
We are looking for a results-driven and highly organized Manager/Associate – PMO to support the translation of client commitments into clearly defined and executable projects and help ensure they are delivered efficiently, on time, and to BPS’s quality standards. The role supports project coordination, delivery discipline, governance, and cross-functional alignment, working closely with internal teams, including Technology and Operations.
What You'll Do
Planning & Initiation
- Support the development of project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Maintain project trackers and keep project information up to date
- Track dependencies, risks, and potential issues that could affect delivery
- Support resource and budget tracking across projects
Execution & Control
- Coordinate with different teams to follow up on project activities, actions, and deadlines
- Track progress against agreed timelines and flag delays or issues early
- Follow up with project owners to make sure agreed actions and deliverables are completed on time
- Keep project trackers, dashboards, and other project management tools up to date
- Support the team in making sure deliverables meet agreed requirements and quality standards
