How You'll Make an Impact
We are looking for a strategic and outcome-driven Bilingual (FR/ENG) Manager or Senior Manager – Product Management to own and scale the product strategy for our software portfolio.
You will be accountable for defining the long-term vision, driving product-market fit, and ensuring our solutions deliver measurable commercial and operational impact. This role goes beyond backlog execution, you will shape what we build, why we build it, and how it positions us as a leader in Africa’s energy transformation.
You will translate market intelligence, customer insights, and business objectives into a coherent product strategy and multi-year roadmap. Partnering closely with Engineering, Commercial, Strategy, and Operations, you will ensure disciplined execution while maintaining a strong focus on value creation, scalability, and differentiation.

Product Strategy & Portfolio Leadership
- Define and own the product vision, strategic direction, and portfolio roadmap aligned with company growth objectives
- Drive product-market fit through deep market research, customer engagement, and competitive intelligence
- Make high-impact prioritization decisions balancing customer value, commercial returns, scalability, and technical feasibility
- Ensure alignment between product strategy, revenue targets, and operational capabilities
