Your Mission
As Chief Product Officer (CPO), you will own the vision and strategic direction of Renmoney’s retail product ecosystem. This includes core lending and banking products, as well as adjacent services such as insurance, remittances, and lifestyle solutions. Given the seniority of the CPO position and its strategic impact on the business, the role requires relocation to Lagos, Nigeria for the on-site work in the headquarters of the company.
You will work closely with the executive team to:
- Drive product innovation and profitability.
- Enhance customer experience and adoption.
- Ensure products are competitive, compliant, and scalable in Nigeria’s fast-evolving financial services landscape.
You will lead multidisciplinary teams across Product Management, Design, Data, and Technology — ensuring that what we build creates measurable value for customers, partners, and the business.

Strategy & Vision
- Define and deliver Renmoney’s ecosystem product strategy, balancing growth, profitability, and risk.
- Translate market opportunities into scalable product roadmaps across lending, banking services, insurance, remittances, payments, and lifestyle.
- Stay ahead of regulatory requirements and competitive dynamics in Nigeria.
Product Development & Execution
- Lead the design and rollout of customer-centric products tailored to Nigeria’s retail segments.
- Champion research, data analytics, and customer feedback to shape product decisions.
- Drive adoption of AI, automation, and digital channels to improve efficiency and customer experience.
